PokerWin Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the PokerWin mobile application ("PokerWin", "the App", "we", "us", "our"), operated by DL Solutions, handles your information. PokerWin is a play-money poker platform: all chips and balances are virtual and have no real-world monetary value. PokerWin does not offer real-money gambling.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information needed to create and operate your account:

• When you sign in with Google or Apple: your email address, your display name, and the unique account identifier provided by Google or Apple (the "sub" claim). We request only the basic profile scopes (email and profile) — see Section 3.
• When you register directly: the nickname and password you choose. Passwords are stored only as a secure hash, never in plain text.
• Profile data you add: optional bio, country, language, and avatar selection.
• Gameplay data: your virtual (play-money) chip balances within clubs, hand history, and in-game activity. These are virtual values only.
• Device token: if you enable push notifications, we store the push token issued by the platform to deliver game notifications. You can disable this at any time in the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Create and authenticate your account
• Operate the play-money poker service (clubs, tables, gameplay, statistics)
• Send you in-game notifications you have opted into (for example, when it is your turn to act)
• Maintain the integrity of the platform and prevent abuse

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles.

3. Google and Apple Sign-In Scopes

When you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, PokerWin requests only the standard non-sensitive identity scopes: openid, email, and profile. We use these solely to identify your account.

PokerWin does not request or access your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, Photos, or any other sensitive or restricted data. We never read, modify, or store any data from those services.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except as required by law or to operate core infrastructure (see Section 5).

5. Service Providers and Infrastructure

PokerWin relies on a small number of infrastructure providers strictly to deliver the service:

• Google / Apple — sign-in identity verification
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — delivery of push notifications
• Cloudflare — content delivery and avatar storage
• Our application servers and database — to store your account and gameplay data

These providers process data only as needed to provide their service.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the App, which removes your personal account data. You may also request deletion by contacting us at [email protected].

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time

8. Children's Privacy

PokerWin is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
