PokerWin Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PokerWin mobile application ("PokerWin", "the App", "we", "us", "our"), operated by DL Solutions. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account and use PokerWin. By using the App you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We may suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a person under 18.

2. Play-Money Nature of the Service

PokerWin is a social, play-money poker platform. Virtual chips are provided solely to enable gameplay within the App and its clubs.

• Virtual chips have no cash value and are not your property; they are a limited license to use a feature of the App.
• Virtual chips cannot be purchased with, sold for, redeemed for, or converted into real money or any real-world item of value.
• Nothing in PokerWin constitutes gambling, betting, or a game of chance for money.
• We may adjust, reset, or remove virtual chip balances as needed to operate the service, correct errors, or address abuse.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (nickname and password, or your linked Google/Apple identity) and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.

4. Clubs and Roles

PokerWin is organized around clubs. Roles (owner, manager, agent, player) are specific to each club, and club operators may distribute virtual chips, approve members, and moderate their clubs. Chip balances are tracked separately per club. Club operators act within the App's permission system; PokerWin is not responsible for arrangements between members outside the App.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Collude with other players, chip-dump, or otherwise cheat or manipulate gameplay;
• Use bots, scripts, automation, or external assistance during play;
• Operate multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage or evade restrictions or bans;
• Attempt to buy, sell, or trade virtual chips or accounts for real money or value;
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users, or post unlawful, offensive, or infringing content in chat or profile fields;
• Probe, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or other accounts.

6. Moderation, Suspension, and Termination

To protect the integrity of the platform, we and authorized club operators may monitor play (including, for anti-abuse and investigation purposes on this play-money platform, visibility of table state), issue warnings, remove members, freeze accounts, and reverse virtual chip movements resulting from abuse. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Play-money balances and game outcomes may be affected by outages, bugs, or recovery procedures.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DL Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Because virtual chips have no monetary value, any loss, adjustment, or removal of virtual chips carries no monetary liability.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to DL Solutions' place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
